Our staircase process

1. Site Survey

Our process begins with a free site survey, where one of our experienced team members will make a visit to your home or commercial space. We’ll assess the area, take measurements, and make a note of any unique features or challenges that will need to be addressed during the design and installation of your staircase.

We can also produce staircase plans using your own measurements or approved building plans.

2. Design

Once the site survey has been completed, or upon receiving your own measurements, we aim to produce a plan and quote within 24 hours. This is achieved using software specifically designed for the staircase industry.

We’ll then present the design and costings to you for approval. Any necessary changes will then be made free of charge before moving forward with the project.

3. Construction

This is where your staircase really comes to life. Once the design is finalised and your order placed, our team of skilled craftsmen will begin construction from our own workshop. Using only the finest materials and latest techniques, we ensure your staircase is not only beautiful, but safe and built to last.

We then conduct a thorough inspection of your new staircase to guarantee it meets our high standards, as well as your expectations.

4. Packing & Dispatch

Passing inspection, each part of your staircase will be fully wrapped and labelled to ensure they remain in pristine condition during storage and delivery. Your new staircase will then be safely delivered via our own van and staff, making sure no problems arise from workshop to site.

5. Installation

Our fitting teams are thorough in every aspect of their work. From the installation of treads, through to risers and balusters, each component will be precisely fitted to ensure a structurally and aesthetically sound staircase.

Once your staircase has been successfully installed and inspected, we’ll give it a final clean up and polish. Now all you have to do is show your neighbours!
